The celebrated French chef Alain Ducasse confirmed its participation in Mistura 2013, announced the Peruvian Society of Gastronomy (APEGA).
Cook is considered one of the best in the world and was the first to obtain the same year three-star Michelin in three of its restaurants.
“The Peruvian Gastronomy Society had been making efforts for two years so that Ducasse us favors with their participation. It is a luxury that a personality of his stature, with an impressive career and so many Michelin stars under his belt, has expressed interest in the experience which means MISTURA”.
Among other activities planned during the day in the Peru, Chef of the famous restaurant Le Louis XV (in Monaco) will participate on Friday September 6 on the first day of the gastronomic meeting and in the afternoon, in a forum open to the public in the great Auditorium APEGA.
Ducasse joins panel of luxury, composed of more than 20 chefs, Andoni Luis Aduriz, José Andrés, Massimo Bottura, René Redzeppi, Alex Atala and others.
